Terms & Conditions for Virtual Coaching Calls

1. Session Length
Coaching sessions will be approximately 45 minutes in duration, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

2. Recording of Calls
Sessions may be recorded for quality, training, and personal review purposes. By participating, you consent to being recorded.

• Recordings are the property of Ascente and will not be shared publicly without your consent.

• Clients are not permitted to post, publish, or distribute recordings, screenshots, or transcripts of sessions on social media, websites, or any other platform.

3. Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential. Ascente agrees not to disclose your personal information without consent, except as required by law.

4. Use of Information
The content of the coaching sessions is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute coaching materials, strategies, or recordings without written permission.

5. Disclaimer
Coaching is not therapy, legal, medical, or financial advice. It is designed to provide guidance, tools, and support for intentional parenting and multigenerational living. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

6. Payment & Scheduling
Payment must be made in advance to secure your coaching session. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited at the coach’s discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability
Ascente will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of coaching services.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country].
